This last week was spent deep in learning and understanding the art and science behind Vedic Meditation and the profound benefits it bestows on to each and every person who chooses to add this beautiful, effortless and natural technique to their lives.

Not only have I been fortunate enough to gain a deeper understanding of the brain, mind and body and their interconnection and power. But I’ve been able to connect deeper to a path that I’ve chosen or perhaps has chosen me and I feel an immense amount of gratitude to soon be able to share this with you.

Never before have we needed this daily practice, we get busier by the day, the goalposts keep getting higher and our minds become conditioned more and more to look for happiness and fulfilment externally and whilst there is fun and learning and purpose to be had with realising our desires, the secret ingredient to connecting your inner strength that radiates always like the sun and that allows life to unfold with a greater degree of clarity, creativity and consciousness is through taking a vacation each day within through learning the art of stillness and silence.
