When you learn to meditate with me, you will learn how to successfully reach a deep state of meditation and how to master meditation. Free intro to Meditation
Before attending a Vedic Meditation course, you are encouraged to listen or attend a free introduction to meditation, this allows you to gain a better understanding of the benefits and science behind this technique and learn why this is both powerful yet easy to integrate into your daily regime. Plus you will discover why so many people including celebrities, parents, CEOS, creatives, business owners and even kids can’t stop raving about the positive effects it has had and continues to have on their lives.
Course Structure
Group Meditations are taught over four consecutive 60-90 minute sessions, the first session is a one on one Initiation session where you will receive personalised instruction on how to meditate effortlessly and reach a deep meditative state. The following three sessions are designed to allow you to ultra refine your practice, understand the theory behind the technique and incorporate practical experience so you can learn how to meditate entirely on your own, anywhere and at any time.
Weekday Courses
Session 1 Monday Choose a time slot between 1:30pm -8:30pm (1hr) *one on one
Session 2 Tuesday 6:00pm (1.5hrs) *group class
Session 3 Wednesday 6:00pm (1.5hrs) *group class
Session 4 Thursday 6:00pm (1.5hrs) *group class
Weekend Courses
Session 1 Thursday Choose a time slot between 12pm -8pm (1hr) *one on one
Session 2 Friday 6pm-7:30pm (1.5hrs) *group class
Session 3 Saturday 12pm-1:30pm (1.5hrs) *group class
Session 4 Saturday 3:30pm-5pm (1.5hrs) *group class
