I can feel the difference already

I have been meditating, on and off for approximately 5 years. In the beginning, I didn’t know the first thing about meditation I downloaded an app called Headspace, which helped me a lot in understanding more about what meditation is, and how to "meditate properly".

Within a year or two I had outgrown Headspace and tried a number of different apps to help me get the most out of meditation. I was doing it more constantly, and although I felt great during and after a meditation session, deep down I didn't feel like it was really making a difference.

Fast forward now to last December (2019) when I decided to take one of Coby's courses. I thought up until that point I knew a lot about meditation through what I learned using the apps, she had a lot more to teach me! And also helped me understand why we meditate, which really helped in ensuring I put in the work each and every day.

I now meditate twice a day, and I am getting more out of each session than I ever have before. It's only been 3 months since I did her course, but already I can feel the difference it's making. The difference is subtle but subtle enough to really notice it.

I can't recommend her highly enough.
