More centred, less reactive and increasing positivity

I decided to learn mediation to help me reach a higher level of performance and altitude in work, life, business. I kept hearing all the top performers practice some sort of daily mindfulness and meditation. Coby was not only calm, practical and thoughtful, but she also clarified something profound for me: Less friction, more flow. I now have that engraved on something I wear everyday 🤘.
