Weekend Group Course
Courses are predominantly taught in Maroubra, Eastern Suburbs Sydney and Cronulla, Sutherland Shire Sydney. Other locations coming soon. Courses are run over 3 or 4 consecutive days with 4 consecutive sessions. See Course options for actual dates.
Session 1 - Thursday 1 hour private session - by appointment*
Session 2 - Friday 6pm-7:30pm*
Session 3 - Saturday 12pm-1:30pm*
Session 4 - Saturday 3:30pm-5pm*
Weeknight Group Course
Session 1 - Monday 1 hour private session - by appointment*
Session 2 - Tuesday 6:30pm-8pm
Session 3 - Wednesday 6:30pm-8pm
Session 4 - Thursday 6:30pm-8pm
Location - Private Residence usually, details provided upon booking.

The course contribution covers the following
+ In person Vedic Meditation Course - 4 x 90 minute sessions + Complete access to all online tutorials and digital modules and videos
